WHAT IS S.O.A.R.?
S.O.A.R. (Student Opportunities for Activities and Recreation) is a school age child care program that is offered before and after school by the Odessa R-VII School District for district children grades K-6.

LOCATION
The S.O.A.R. program is located at the east end of the cafeteria in the McQuerry Elementary building located at 607 South Third Street, Odessa, Missouri, 64076.

HOURS
♥Days: Monday-Friday
♥Time: 6:00a.m. until start of school and dismissal of school until 6:30 p.m.

FEES
A family enrollment fee of $20.00 (non-refundable) is due when the child is enrolled in the program.  The fees for the SOAR program are based on weekly rates.  A yearly $50.00 (per child) Activity Fee is due at enrollment.

• Morning session (includes breakfast) $25.00 weekly rate.
• Afternoon session (includes snack) $25.00 weekly rate.
• Morning & afternoon sessions (includes breakfast & snack) $50.00 weekly rate
• Daily rate will be charged only during weeks when childcare is offered less than 5 days.

If school is released due to inclement weather, S.O.A.R. will close at 3:30 pm.
If school implements the late start time due to inclement weather, S.O.A.R. will open at 7:00 am.
 

ACTIVITY FEE
This fee is per child and due at the time of enrollment. The fee is for Early Release Day activities and other activities we provide in the program
