Congratulations to the ROBERT E. OLIPHANT CHARITABLE FOUNDATION. This organization has been chosen as the OCTOBER “COMMUNITY CHAMPION” award winner for the Odessa R-VII School District. The Oliphant Foundation has been a huge supporter of the Odessa School district for many years. The donations made from the foundation were critical to advance the district to providing all students a device for learning. Additionally, the donations have gone towards:

Playground equipment at the Child Care Center

New instruments for high school and middle school band

Book vending machines for elementary students to earn free books

A new sound systems at the high school

New basketball goals at the high school
