Rhonda Fieth Receives "Making A Difference" Award

Congratulations to OUE Health Aide, Rhonda Fieth, for being chosen as the January “MAKING A DIFFERENCE” award recipient for the Odessa R-VII School District. The District is excited to honor staff members who go above and beyond the call of duty through the "Making a Difference" recognition program!  Each month during the school year either a certified or classified employee will be honored for their part in implementing our district mission of preparing each student for a successful future. 

Rhonda's peers made the following comments about how she makes a difference:

• She is kind, compassionate, hard working and always has a smile on her face.

• She is a positive light in the building. Her room never closes with students in and out all day. 

• Her patience with students is very high and she remains calm even in tough situations.

• She doesn't complain and does anything with a smile.

She always has a positive attitude and a passion for doing a great job, and a heart to serve students, she MAKES A DIFFERENCE for everyone she comes in contact with everyday.
